Sang Chow Bau

Stephen Doyle

Sang Chow Bau is a great way to eat more salad greens. So too Vietnamese spring rolls which packages salad neatly into a bite or two.

I’ve come up with a way to include coleslaw in a morsel which can accompany a red wine. Wrap a Tablespoon of coleslaw in a round of Bressaola and eat it like a Taco.

Coleslaw Ingredients

You know how to make coleslaw. I’ve used finely shredded purple and green cabbage, grated carrot, finely cut radishes, capsicum with chopped spring onions and parsley.

No need for any dressing or getting your coleslaw to breaststroke through thinned mayonnaise. Simply season with salt and pepper and wrap in the air dried beef and you have yourself a small package of salad good to go with any of our new release reds. Enjoy.
